Magic of Connection Dinner

Online registration for the Magic of Connection Dinner is open now through 22 June 2025.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only and registrations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is open to Level 4 Major Donors, Level 5 and 6 Bequest Society members, and donors who have elevated their giving or commitment level in 2024-25.

Register

Event cost: US$150 per person

Eligible donors who are interested in bringing guests may register additional parties at an increased guest rate. Please contact Donor Relations (donor.events@rotary.org) for more information and to register additional guests.

Registrations are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Magic of Connection Dinner is an evening of appreciation and gratitude for substantial and active donors. Rotary leaders and eligible donors will be in attendance.

Cocktail attire or semi-formal regional dress recommended.


Transportation

Transportation to Hyatt Regency Calgary is not provided. Details about access to public transportation will be available closer to the event. Taxis and rideshare (such as Uber and Lyft) are also available. Learn more about transportation available during the convention.

Transportation following the event will be provided to select hotels within the Rotary block depending on availability and the needs of registrants. More information regarding transportation and a full list of hotels serviced will be available on-site and at the Rotary Resource Center in the House of Friendship.
