After 31 March 2026, additional group members can be added only on-site at the convention.

Rotary negotiates with hotels for the guaranteed lowest nightly rates during the convention dates to ensure you get the best deal possible. Should you find a lower rate for those dates at one of the properties listed on our website, please contact us at rotary@maritz.com.

Group housing

You can book 15 or more rooms online. Requests will be processed on a space-available basis. Review the group housing guidelines. See contact details below.

24 September 2025: Group housing requests due date.

22 October 2025: Last day to reduce or adjust your room block without penalty.

5 November 2025: A two-night room & tax deposit will be required for each held room within the block. Maritz will send an invoice for the amount due by 30 October 2025. The group room block will be canceled and released if no payment is received within five business days of the issued invoice.

18 March 2026: Last day to provide names on reserved rooms.

20 May 2026: Last day to change names on reserved rooms.

Registration fees

Your in-person registration includes a full day of activities:

• Admission to the convention’s opening and closing ceremonies, general sessions, breakout sessions, and the House of Friendship.
• Transportation between your hotel and the convention venue, if you booked your hotel through Rotary’s official housing partner, Maritz Global Events.

What’s not included:

• Preconvention events
• Rotary- and host-ticketed events
• Accommodations, meals, and transportation to and from the airport
• If you register on Saturday, House of Friendship only, anything other than access to the House of Friendship on Saturday, 13 June, is not included

Cancellations and refunds

Should you need to cancel a registration, a $50 processing fee applies to each registrant (each person). Requests to cancel registrants or Rotary-ticketed events must be received in writing by 30 April 2026. Cancellations caused by visa denial must be received in writing by 17 June 2026. We prefer you cancel online, but you can also email ri.registration@rotary.org or fax +1-847-556-2194

RI will refund registration and ticket fees if the convention is cancelled, but is not responsible for travel or other related costs incurred by Rotarians and their guests. Registration and tickets are not transferable.
