The Rotary Foundation is pleased to offer a variety of events and amenities for donors at the 2025 Rotary International Convention to honor their generous support. The details provided here are intended to help you get the most out of your donor experience in Calgary.

Registration

Online registration for the donor events is now open through 22 June 2025. All eligible convention registrants will receive an invitation by email soon.

Attendance at these events is for eligible donors only and registrations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dinner Events

The Rotary Foundation Unity Ball
Tuesday, 24 June 2025 | Cocktails at 19:00

Named for the Chicago skyscraper which hosted the very first Rotary club meeting on 23 February 1905, this premier dinner event recognizes the Foundation’s philanthropic leaders and celebrates their tremendous generosity. This event is open to Arch Klumph Society and Legacy Society members.

Annual Recognition Dinner for Active and Substantial Donors

The Magic of Connection Dinner is an evening of appreciation and gratitude for substantial and active donors. This event is open to Level 4 Major Donors, Level 5 and 6 Bequest Society members, and donors who have elevated their giving or commitment level in 2024-25.

Join fellow donors and Rotary leaders to hear honorees share the stories of their philanthropy during this official recognition ceremony. Arch Klumph Society members and Legacy Society members are eligible to attend.

The Rotary Foundation Donor Summit

The Rotary Foundation Donor Summit is the largest annual gathering of Foundation donors. This general session-style event features stories and updates about the impact donors make through their support of Rotary’s programs. This session includes an Arch Klumph Society ceremony, keynote messages from Rotary leaders, and entertainment.

Arch Klumph Society members, Legacy Society members, Major Donors, Bequest Society members, and Paul Harris Society members are eligible to attend.

Arch Klumph Society and Legacy Society members are invited to relax between convention activities in a private lounge, where they will find refreshments and opportunities to connect with fellow members and Rotary's senior leaders.

Convention badge required for entry.

Lounge Guest Policy: Complimentary use of the Lounge is available to Arch Klumph Society and Legacy Society members. All non-member guests must purchase a pass to access the Lounge. Day passes are available for guests of eligible members for US$75 per day or US$350 for a week pass. All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visit the reception desk in the Lounge for more information and to purchase passes.

Skip the long convention general registration line by visiting the “Premier Access for Donors” line when you arrive at the convention center in Calgary.

Reserved Seating at the General Sessions
Enjoy reserved seating during the General Sessions. Open seats in the reserved seating section will be released to the general audience 15 minutes before the start of each session.
