Registration

Registration opens on 17 September. Once registration opens you can use our convenient online system to register for the convention or edit your existing registration and receive an immediate confirmation. You can also register by fax or email.

An email confirmation is sent to all registrations, including those registrations that are faxed and sent by post. If a letter of invitation is required for your visa application, you will receive it with your email confirmation. You can access the letter of invitation by going to the Registration page and clicking on the Edit Existing Registration button. This will take you to a screen where you can manage your registration, including the option to resend your confirmation. The confirmation will include a letter of invitation if your address is in a country whose citizens need a visa to attend the convention.

Important deadlines

21 September 2026: Last day for special promotional discount

31 March 2027: Last day for preregistration discount

30 June 2027: Last day for onsite registration

Registration fees

Register early to take advantage of discounted rates. Go to registration fees for information about rates, cancellations, refunds, and what your registration includes.

Per 2024 RI Board policy, a $75 USD reprint fee applies to any lost or forgotten badges at the convention.

Registration for children (age 18 and younger)

A parent or legal guardian must complete a registration form to register those of age 18 or younger. It is not possible to register children 18 and under online.
