Donor events

The Rotary Foundation is pleased to offer a variety of events and amenities for donors at the 2023 Rotary International Convention to honor their generous support. The information on this page is intended to help you get the most out of your donor experience in Melbourne.

Registration

Online registration for the donor events is now open. Attendance at these events is by invitation only and registrations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.


Dinner events

The Rotary Foundation Unity Ball
Tuesday, 30 May 2023 | Cocktails at 19:00

Named for the Chicago skyscraper, which hosted the very first Rotary club meeting on 23 February 1905, this premier dinner event recognizes the Foundation’s philanthropic leaders and celebrates their tremendous generosity. This event is open to Arch Klumph Society and Legacy Society members.

Imagine Making a Difference Dinner
Tuesday, 30 May 2023 | Cocktails at 19:00

The Imagine Making a Difference Dinner is an evening of appreciation and gratitude for substantial and active donors. This event is open to Level 4 Major Donors, Level 5 and 6 Bequest Society members, and donors who have elevated their giving or commitment level in 2022-23.

Arch Klumph Society Preconvention Ceremonies

Join fellow donors and Rotary leaders to hear honorees share the stories of their philanthropy. Arch Klumph Society members and Legacy Society members are eligible to attend.

The Rotary Foundation Donor Summit 
Monday, 29 May 2023 | 15:00

The Rotary Foundation Donor Summit is a general session-style event where donors will hear stories about the impact they make through their support of Rotary’s programs. This session features an Arch Klumph Society ceremony, keynote messages from Rotary leaders, and entertainment. Arch Klumph Society members, Legacy Society members, Major Donors, Bequest Society members, and Paul Harris Society members are eligible to attend.

Arch Klumph Society members are invited to relax between Convention activities in the lounge, where they will find refreshments and opportunities to connect with fellow Arch Klumph Society members and Rotary’s senior leaders.

Convention badge required for entry.

Additional Amenities

To honor your generous support, these amenities are available to Arch Klumph Society members, Legacy Society Members, Level 4 Major Donors, and Level 5 and 6 Bequest Society members.

Premier Access Registration Line
Skip the long Convention general registration line by visiting the “Premier Access for Donors” line when you arrive at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Reserved Seating at the General Sessions
Enjoy reserved seating during the General Sessions. Open seats in the reserved seating section will be released to the general audience 15 minutes before the start of each session.
