Additional ways to reserve your hotel

If you prefer to reserve your hotel by mail or fax, download the individual hotel reservation form and submit it by 30 April 2021 (limited availability after this date). Reservations cannot be accepted by email. See Experient contact information below.

Group housing

You can book 15 or more rooms online. Requests will be processed on a space-available basis. See contact information below.

Group housing deadlines

28 September: Last day to reduce or adjust your room block without penalty. A one nights’ room & tax deposit will be required for each of the held rooms within the block.  If no payment is received within 5 days of the issued invoice, group room block will be canceled and released.

7 December: An additional one nights’ room & tax deposit is due for all rooms being held in the group room block.  If no payment is received within 5 days of the issued invoice, the group room block will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Any room cancellations after 7 December 2020 will result in forfeiture of the entire prepayment.

22 February 2021: Last day to provide names on reserved rooms.

11 May: Last day to change names on reserved rooms.
