Rotary negotiates with hotels for the guaranteed lowest nightly rates during the dates of the convention to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible. Should you find a lower rate for those dates at one of the properties listed on our website, please contact us at rotary@maritz.com.

Remember that if you book a room at a hotel not endorsed by Rotary, we can’t help with issues regarding your reservation or the hotel.
Individual rooms
To reserve your hotel online, visit Rotary’s official hotel reservation site by 2 May 2024 (availability is limited after this date). To reserve your hotel by phone, call +1-864-699-5084. Reservations are not accepted by email.
Group housing
You can book 15 or more rooms online. Requests will be processed on a space-available basis. See contact information below.
Group housing deadlines
13 September 2023: Group housing requests due date.
18 October 2023: Last day to reduce or adjust your room block without penalty.
1 November 2023: A two night room & tax deposit will be required for each of the held rooms within the block. Maritz Global Events will send an invoice for the amount due by 25 October 2023. If no payment is received within 5 days of the issued invoice, the group room block will be canceled and released.
21 February 2024: Last day to provide names on reserved rooms.
2 May 2024: Last day to change names on reserved rooms.
